These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Parowan Elementary School Store website and any purchases made through the website. The store is operated by WFP Enterprises, Inc.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

1. Use of the Website

This website is intended to provide Parowan Elementary students, parents, families, faculty, staff, and other authorized members of the school community with access to school-related merchandise and approved store offerings.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas
Circumvent member or account restrictions
Interfere with the operation or security of the website

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product offerings, limit quantities, or correct errors at any time.

5. Custom-Printed Products

Many products offered through the store are custom printed, manufactured, or produced specifically for each order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable product information before submitting an order, including:

Other selected options

Once submitted, orders may enter production quickly and may not be eligible for changes or cancellation.

6. Pricing

Prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, or other charges may be added at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse orders affected by an obvious error.

7. Payment

Payment is required according to the options made available during checkout.

Payments may be processed through Wix or third-party payment processors.

We do not guarantee that any particular payment method will remain available at all times.

8. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, the situation will be handled as appropriate based on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Because products sold through the Parowan Elementary School Store are custom printed or otherwise prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final.

No purchases are refundable.

Products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund due to:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect color selection
Incorrect product selection
Incorrect House selection
Accidental purchases
Personal preference
Buyer error

The sole exception applies to qualifying manufacturer defects.

If a manufacturer's defect is reported, reviewed, and approved, the purchaser's sole remedy will be replacement of the defective product.

Approved manufacturer defects will not result in a monetary refund.

Additional terms regarding defective products are contained in the store's separate Refund, Return & Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

10. Manufacturer Defect Claims

Customers reporting a manufacturer defect may be required to provide photographs, order information, packaging information, or other documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

Submission of a defect claim does not guarantee approval.

Normal manufacturing or printing variations are not necessarily considered defects.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided on the website or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays
Weather
Holidays
Incorrect shipping information
Manufacturing delays
Supply-chain disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

21. Relationship to Parowan Elementary School

Unless otherwise expressly stated, operation, manufacturing, fulfillment, payment processing, and customer-service responsibilities associated with this store may be performed by WFP Enterprises, Inc. and applicable service providers.

References to Parowan Elementary School are intended to identify the school community and merchandise program and should not be interpreted as changing the respective responsibilities of the school, WFP Enterprises, Inc., or third-party providers.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to WFP Enterprises, Inc., except where another jurisdiction's laws are required by law.

Any rights provided to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in:
