Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

All products offered through the Parowan Elementary School Store are custom-produced, printed, manufactured, or otherwise prepared specifically in connection with each order. Because of the custom nature of these products, all sales are final.
By placing an order through this website, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and is not eligible for refund, return, exchange, store credit, or reimbursement.
No purchases are refundable.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for the requested return or refund, except as specifically provided below for qualifying manufacturer defects.
2. Custom-Printed and Made-to-Order
Many of the products available through the Parowan Elementary School Store are printed, produced, or prepared specifically for the purchaser's order.
For this reason, products cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

A change of mind or buyer's remorse

Ordering the incorrect product

Ordering the incorrect size, color, design, style, or quantity

Personal preference regarding the appearance or fit of an item

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Failure to review product information prior to submitting an order

A product no longer being needed after the order has been placed
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and order information carefully before completing checkout.
3. Manufacturer Defects
The sole exception to the no-return policy applies when a product is received with a legitimate manufacturer's defect.
A manufacturer's defect generally means a defect in the physical production, printing, manufacturing, or workmanship of the item that existed when the product was delivered to the purchaser.
Examples may include:

Material manufacturing defects

Significant printing or production errors

Products that arrive damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect

Items that were produced incorrectly due to an error on the part of the manufacturer
Minor variations that are customary in printing, production, coloring, materials, placement, or finishing are not necessarily considered manufacturer defects.
4. Replacement Is the Exclusive Remedy
If a claim involving a manufacturer's defect is reviewed and approved, the purchaser's sole remedy will be replacement of the defective product.
Approved defective products are not eligible for a monetary refund.
At our discretion, we may replace the defective item with the same item or an equivalent replacement when the original item is no longer available.
Under no circumstances will an approved manufacturer's defect result in a cash refund, credit-card refund, or other monetary reimbursement.
5. Proof of Defect May Be Required
Customers requesting a replacement due to a manufacturer's defect may be required to provide reasonable documentation demonstrating the issue.
This may include photographs of:

The entire product

The specific defect
-
Product packaging
-
Shipping materials
-
Product labels or identifying information
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee that a replacement will be approved.
6. Non-Defective Products
Products that are free from a qualifying manufacturer's defect are not eligible for return or replacement.
Differences in monitor or device displays, slight variations in color, normal printing tolerances, differences in material texture, or other ordinary production variations are not considered defects unless the product is materially defective.
7. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for confirming that all order information is accurate before submitting payment.
This includes reviewing, where applicable:

Product selection

Size
-
Color
-
Quantity
-
House selection
-
Design
-
Shipping information
-
Other product options or selections
The store is not responsible for replacing an item because the purchaser selected an incorrect option at the time of purchase.
8. Cancellations
Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, orders should be considered final once submitted.
Orders are therefore not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation, modification, or substitution after purchase.
9. Replacement Availability
If an approved defective product cannot reasonably be reproduced or replaced with the exact same item, the store may provide a substantially similar replacement when appropriate.
The determination of an appropriate replacement will be made at the store's discretion.
10. Agreement to Policy
By completing a purchase through the Parowan Elementary School Store, the purchaser confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this policy and understand that:
All sales are final. No purchases are refundable. Custom-printed products are not returnable or exchangeable. Manufacturer defects, when approved, are eligible for replacement only.
