Each sign measures approximately 24" × 24" and is precision contour-cut to the shape of the individual crest. Unlike a standard rectangular sign, the custom-cut shape follows the artwork, creating a dimensional, finished appearance when mounted to the wall.
The graphics are produced on durable aluminum composite material (ACM). This material is constructed with two pre-painted .012" aluminum sheets bonded to a solid polyethylene core, providing the rigidity and appearance of metal while weighing approximately half as much as a comparable solid aluminum sheet.
ACM is specifically designed for demanding graphic and signage applications. Its exceptionally flat surface provides an excellent foundation for high-quality printed graphics, while the rigid construction helps prevent bowing and "oil canning."
